I have several personal and work-related projects going on right now, but publishing these blog posts twice per week is a commitment that I’ve made to you the readers. Yes, I take some time off here and there, but I try to plan for that and this isn’t one of those times. So instead of sharing my own idea in this post, I’m going to share a few things that I’ve read/watched/listened to recently.
First up, is a post from Loleen Berdhal (frequent guest on the Better Me Podcast) on How to take the weekend off.
On the topic of weekends, there are some good ideas in the post 7 Sunday Habits to Prep For the Week Ahead by Jessica Neistadt.
Finally, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern delivered the 2022 Harvard Commencement Address. It’s about 26 minutes long, but a must-watch.
