I spent this past weekend mostly relaxing. I spent yesterday (actually today, because I’m writing this on Monday night) I spent the day staring at a computer screen getting some work projects done. As a result, I really don’t want to stare at a screen for much longer, plus my daughter has her first lacrosse practice tonight so I don’t have a lot of time).
I wrote a post several months ago that I had just started reading Luvvie Ajayi Jones’s book Professional Troublemaker. I didn’t get very far into it before I needed to read other books by guests on the podcast and her book got put back on the “to read” pile. Last week I pulled it out and started over. So far, it’s so good.
On Friday I listened to the most recent episode of her podcast Answer Your Fear. It was recorded more than a year ago and was part of her virtual book tour for Professional Troublemaker. It’s an hour of her talking with psychotherapist Esther Perel and I wish it was longer.
Depending on your work, it may or may not be safe for work.
