The first episode of the third season of the Better Me Podcast went live yesterday. For this, which was the 63 episode since March 2020, I spoke with Dr. Christina Katopodis, PhD about the tenuous position contract instructors are in on a good day, and how the past couple of years have definitely not been the good days. We talked about mental and physical health, and she shared a story about the student in her class who kept falling asleep.
In future episodes, I’ll be speaking with:
- Professor Loleen Berdahl, who was a guest during the first season
- Writer and Speaker Najwa Zebian about finding “home” in ourselves
- Canadian musician and voice coach Emm Gryner will join me to talk about her new book The Healing Power of Singing: Raise Your Voice, Change Your Life – What Touring with David Bowie, Single Parenting and Ditching the Music Business Taught Me in 25 Easy Steps
- And many more
